Why am I posting this article? Well, growing hardship had always triggered new waves of migration towards Turkey. As well, Assad may want to end the stalemate quickly by attacking rebel-held Idlib, patroned by Turkey. In some sense, Turkey’s invasion of her border regions with Syria had succeeded against Russia and Iran. Assad is stuck in a war which he can’t finish. Will he sue for a just peace which will facilitate the return of Syrians in Turkey home?
